Questions and Answers
Why not use other payment methods?
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.

There are literally hundreds of payment Gateways available, but PayPal is:-
  • one that everyone knows and trusts,
  • many people already have established accounts with PayPal.
  • Use your Mastercard or Visa without creating a PayPal Account
Why are postage costs so high?
All freight companies calculate the weight of a product relative to the amount of space it takes up.

The outside dimensions of our cartons measure Xcm x X cm x X cm. To give you an idea, the volume of each carton is about X litres . Even though the carton weighs less than 7 kgs, Australia Post calculates that this carton is the equivalent of a X kg parcel.

So to make sure you feel comfortable with the postage, please visit the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au/pac/ and calculate for yourself what an X kg carton (their maximum) would cost in postage if you were shipping from Melbourne (3000) to your postcode.

And feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Will you take other payment methods?
If you have a request for an alternative method of payment (e.g. you don't use a credit card), we are more than happy to help. Please contact us with your question, and we will telephone you to complete the transaction; please indicate your country & language (if applicable), and the best time to call you.
